Never sell what you don't have.
Track the stock of every product, stop selling automatically on every channel when an item runs out, get a MaYa alert before you run low, and keep your suppliers in one place. Free inside MyShop, off until you turn it on.

On in a minute. Nothing changes until you say so.
Turning it on changes nothing by itself. Products start being counted only when you choose to track them.
Enable it from Marketplace
In your MyShop admin, open Marketplace, find the Inventory & Suppliers card and click "Enable — free". An Inventory item appears in the side menu.
→Track the products that matter
Click Track, enter the quantity on hand and a low threshold, and optionally a reorder quantity. Or set "Initial stock" right in the product form, or fill a whole Excel template at once.
→Sell, and let it count
Every sale on your site, app, kiosk, counter and delivery partners like Uber Eats takes the quantity down automatically. A cancelled order puts it back, exactly once.
When it's gone, it stops selling. Everywhere.
Every product gets a status that's computed for you, never typed by hand, and availability follows it on every channel.
Above the threshold. Sells normally on every channel.
At or below the threshold. Still sells, and MaYa has already alerted you.
At zero. Paused on every channel, or keeps selling if you prefer alerts only.
You stopped it by hand. Not sold anywhere, whatever the quantity.
Behaves exactly as it did before you turned the feature on.
At zero the item is marked out of stock everywhere, and a customer asking for more than you have is told how many are left.
A manual stop that wins over everything. Only you can lift it; auto-restore never does.
Keep an item available at zero, for the delivery you know is arriving today.
Bring the quantity back to a par level every morning (6:00 AM by default), or a set number of hours after it ran out.
The right behavior at every counter
Checked before the order
Stock is checked before the order is created and before the card is charged. If something is short, the customer sees every short item with what's left, and can fix the cart.
Never blocks the cashier
A counter order always goes through. The cashier sees the stock, the quantity is taken down, and an alert goes out if it crosses the threshold or hits zero.
Accepted orders stay accepted
An order already accepted by a partner such as Uber Eats is never rejected. The quantity is taken down, the item is flagged for review, and it's marked out of stock on the channels if it ran out.
Stock, alerts and suppliers, handled
Per-product stock
Quantity on hand, low threshold and reorder quantity for every product, in unit, lb, oz, liter or ml, up to three decimals. Search, filter by status, category or supplier, and edit right in the table.
Low-stock alerts from MaYa
When an item drops to its threshold or runs out, MaYa alerts you in the owner app with the quantity left and who to reorder from. One alert per item per kind within 6 hours, so no spam. On, silent or off: your choice.
Receive · Count · Waste
Add a delivery with its supplier, set the counted number, or record waste with a reason. Every change lands in the item's movement log with the date, order, user and note.
Suppliers in one place
Contact, phone, email and lead time for each supplier, plus the products they deliver with cost price, pack size, minimum order and a primary-supplier mark. In a chain, suppliers are shared by every location.
Block a supplier, safely
Blocking is reversible and keeps every link and receipt. Alerts and reports suggest the cheapest active alternative instead, and the products keep selling as long as there's stock.
Initial stock from the product form
Creating a new product? Fill in "Initial stock" and a threshold right there, and tracking starts the moment you save.
Your whole stock in one spreadsheet.
Export a template that's already filled with every product in your store and your suppliers. Update the numbers in Excel, import it back, and availability updates on every channel the moment the import finishes.
- Fill in only the rows you care about. Untouched rows are skipped.
- A bad row never fails the file: valid rows are saved, and you get an error report with the row, column and reason.
- Import updates your existing products by their system ID, and never creates new ones by accident.
