MyShop Technologies Joins the Pizza Industry at Pizza Tomorrow Summit 2026

Orlando, Florida — October 2026. MyShop Technologies exhibited at the 5th annual Pizza Tomorrow Summit, held October 25–27, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The summit took place alongside the 55th Florida Restaurant Show.

For three days, the MyShop team welcomed pizzeria owners, restaurant operators and industry professionals at Booth #232. Every conversation came back to the same questions: what owners deal with every day, what keeps a pizzeria busy, and what helps it grow.

The show brought together more than 400 exhibitors, including well-known names in restaurant technology such as Toast, DoorDash, Square and Clover, as well as food and equipment leaders such as Gordon Food Service, Galbani and Unox. Attendees could also take part in more than 40 hours of education and watch the Galbani Professionale Pizza Cup, where pizzaioli competed for a trip to the World Pizza Championship in Parma, Italy.
